The next day, when Bipin and Bhala Kaka were getting ready for breakfast, they heard a sound from Aditya's room. They observed that Aditya had fainted. They immediately took him to the hospital for a check up. Dr. Vadia asked Bipin to get his tests done for ensuring health safety. Dr. Vadia later calls Aditya and informs him that his father is suffering from a brain tumour called Pontime Glioma, which is not treatable at any cost, and that Bipin has little time left. This shocked Aditya and he begged Doctor to find out specialist doctors to treat his father. Dr. Vadia informs him that Dr. Anderson is a surgeon but he is not available for a week. Aditya was left very upset. Bipin tell Aditya that before dying, he wants to see Kedarnath and visit Ganga River. Aditya initially refuses, but when Dr. Vadia insists, he agrees.
Aditya and Bipin leave for their journey and complete the Ganga River visit.
Bipin then expressed his wish to visit Chopta, to which Aditya refuses. But Bipin ignores him and hires a jeep. They both leave for Chopta and experience minor happy moments. Later, they observe an unconscious girl (Ketki Mehta) lying on the road. First they think she is dead, and Aditya refuses Bipin to entertain her in any way, but Bipin again ignored him and approaches the girl and called her "Maasi". The girl immediately arose and felt offended to be called a Maasi. She said she was separated from her group, and had to adopt this approach to get a lift. Bipin agreed to give her lift till Chopta.
The trio were unaware that two goons were following them to rob them. The goons tried but failed to leak the diesel tank. The next day, they destroyed the diesel tank and this lead to the three travellers being stuck mid way. The goons reached them and stole their valuables. They also hurt Bipin which upset Aditya. However, he gained consciousness and was alright.
The three experienced some happy moments and adventures due to Ketki. Slowly Aditya started feeling for Ketki, but did not express it. Ketki was aware about this, and asked casually about it to Aditya, but he denied it. That night, Aditya understood the importance of love (for his father) and spent the whole night with his father. The next day, Ketki met the two goons and told them not to roam around them, else they would be caught, making it clear she has colluded with them to loot the father and son. Aditya saw the goons and chased them, but they reached his jeep and kidnapped Bipin. Aditya was left deeply and searched for Bipin. Later, he and Ketki found Bipin, who revealed that he managed to escape from the goons when they were away.
The next day, the trio reached Kedarnath and visited the temple. When Aditya and Bipin went on a hill to spend some time, Aditya suddenly fell unconscious. Bipin called Ketki and they reached the Ahmedabad Hospital. Dr. Vadia there revealed a truth to Aditya, that it was he who suffered from the brain tumour, his father. She also revealed that Ketki Mehta was a doctor and she had been told by Dr. Vadia and Bipin to accompany them to Chopta so that she can treat Aditya in the event of health problems. The goons were in fact Ketki's assistants, who carried the medicines and medical kits to help Ketki. Aditya became emotional on hearing the truth, and decides to live the remainder of his life with his father, instead of undergoing an operation.
The film ended with Bipin and Ketki celebrating the deceased Aditya's birthday.
